Some defining characteristics of the Origin Forme:
- No legs
- Three pairs of thin wings
- Spikes at the sides of its body
- Black and red stripes along its whole body
- Horns (at the sides of the head) pointing backwards
- Half-rings at a distance from its neck
- Covered mouth
- No spikes near the mouth
- A small vertical shape between the eyes, crossing the "U" at the front of its head
