The Goddess in charge of managing Heaven.
Always changing Heaven's policies and directions on behalf of the Almighty at a dizzying pace. For that reason, the Demons especially see her as an enemy.
A true celebrity.
Often willing to grant her blessing for stuff, but outcome can either defeating the purpose thing or becomes outright useless with a rare chance to proc a critical success. It's unusual to see her without bodyguards.

Appearance: Generally she looks like the "bright young thing" - an early teenager with too much wealth. Bears true Aryan look - long blonde hair with sidelocks, blue eyes, skin shades are lighter than others.
Attire: Simple one-piece dress with slight gradient from top purple to pinkish purple bottom. Wide sleeves with white frills, bottom has three rows of frills, popped collar.
Accesories: Fur-trimmed lavender folding fan with "VIP" on it. Circlet with large red gem on forehead. Golden chain necklace either with same red gem or smaller rainbow colored jewels.
Halo: Hoola-loop that float at ankle level, just above bottom frills.
