Character from World Witches Series. First seen in supplemental material before having a cameo in Contrail of Witches.

A Pilot Officer from the Fuso Imperial Navy who was the flight instructor for Nishizawa Yoshiko. Her familiar appears to be a dog of some sorts, and she's based on Yokoyama Tamotsu.
