Winn is a Touhou artist, musician and video-maker. Also known as "The Sukumizu Justice Guy", he's famous on Nico Nico Douga for his EWI (Electric Wind Instrument) series of Touhou videos, which invariably feature the girls in either school swimsuits or gym uniforms. This initially started due to not knowing how to animate clothing, but has since become a staple of their works.
