A collar with folded-down corners, which form the "wings".

Note that "wing collar" on Danbooru has a different meaning. For tagging purposes, this tag refers to collars with large rectangular folds. For collars traditionally known as "wing collar", which are winged just near the tips, use wingtip collar instead.
