Series: Shakugan no Shana
Title: Manipulator of Objects

The Flame Haze bound to the Crimson Lord Tiamat. Wilhelmina is Shana's adoptive mother (though neither of them uses the word), having rescued her as an infant and raised her. She has the appearance of a woman in her 20s, but is clearly much older; she seems to have a past with every new character who turns up. She's also one of the most skilled and powerful fighters in the series -- bad news for anyone who gets close to Shana, of whom she's very protective.

Wilhelmina is something of an oddball. As the servant of a Crimson God (Alastor, the one bound to Shana), she's highly aristocratic, ending her sentences with de arimasu (an old-fashioned, formal variant of desu) and wearing a maid outfit at all times. She speaks in monotone and has facial expressions to match; it takes a lot to make her smile. Nonetheless, her emotions run deep and she forms strong bonds with those who fight beside her.

Almost all pictures of Wilhelmina include Tiamat, who's housed in her frilly maid thing, and therefore has no separate tag.
