A playable character in Honkai: Star Rail who originated from the Honkai Impact 3rd timeline. Voiced by Hosoya Yoshimasa in Japanese.

He has short brown hair with white streaks, yellow eyes, and wears glasses. His default outfit in Star Rail consists of a black undershirt, double-breasted white shirt, grey jacket, black pants, grey scarf, and black leather shoes. His main weapon is a copy of the 9th Divine Key Star of Eden that he replicates using his Reason powers, taking the form of a cane.

A seasoned member of the Astral Express crew and the former sovereign of Anti-Entropy who has saved Earth from annihilation, having inherited the name of the world "Welt". He is the second Herrscher of Reason from his world, having found himself and Void Archives in the Star Rail world-cluster after the events of the Alien Space manga.
