watarai hibari (school uniform)

The 2nd costume of Nijisanji's Watarai Hibari, as seen on Twitter.

It consists of an open black jacket with it's sleeves rolled up worn overtop a grey collared shirt, black pants that are rolled up and a pair of brown loafers. He also has a set of red headphones around his neck, a diagonal-striped blue and green necktie, a pocket watch and multiple bracelets and rings.

For his official hairstyle in this costume, his hair is now tied into a short sidetail with his bangs pinned back, along with multiple hairclips in his hair.
