Stand power of Iggy from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. It bestows the power to manipulate sand to great effect.

Being made of sand, its form can vary widely. Its main form is somewhat like a car chassis, with the front wheels replaced by a pair of muscled arms, and a mask with feather-like objects sticking from its head.
