the collector (the owl house)

Warning, heavy spoilers, don't continue unless you watched the cartoon up to and including the last episode!

The greater-scope villain-turned hero of the cartoon The Owl House: They (actually, it was likely another member of their species) caught the owl beast on a titan corpse archipelago other than the Boiling Isles and sealed it into a cursed scroll, which was used by Lilith to curse her sister. They're also working together with the Boiling Isles tyrant Belos towards the "Day of Unity", which would, at least as intended by Belos/Philip Wittebane, destroy all witches and demons in his domain.
As of the last episode of the second season, they (apparently) killed Belos and stopped the Day of Unity, but also taken over the Boiling Isles to use them as their literal plaything.
As of the last episode, they went through a (partially retroactive) heel-face turn and helped the main characters in their fight against Belos.
