A Normal-type Legendary Pokémon, #1024 in the National Pokédex.

A turtle-like Pokémon with blue skin, aqua eyes, and a crystalline shell. Plays a major role in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk DLC, as well as in Pokémon Horizons. It is the source of the Terastal phenomenon.

It has three forms. When sent into battle, it changes from its Normal Form to its larger Terastal Form. Upon Terastallizing, it changes into its Stellar Form.
