Stage 4 boss of the Touhou fangame Mystical Power Plant. She is a vengeful spirit, but won't cause harm if she is held in esteem. She is based off of Emperor Sutoku, the 75th emperor of Japan. Along with Sugawara no Michizane (represented by Magahara Mitama) and Taira no Masakado (represented by Kabutozukamori Kikyou), they are considered to be the three great vengeful spirits of Japan.
