space ishtar (third ascension) (fate)
Space Ishtar's third ascension from Fate/Grand Order, known as Ishtar Astarte. Her hair changes color to purple with a blue underside, she has an upside-down crescent on her forehead, and her eyes become yellow with mismatched shapes in her pupils (a circle in her right eye, and a star in her left). She wears a red and orange bodysuit beneath a heavy red cloak with snake-like ropes coiling through it.
In the Saber Wars II event, this Ascension was the fusion between Space Ishtar's first and second ascensions in order to fight against Astarte Origin. She's in a sense, a newborn galaxy, and was able to win against Astarte Origin due to Astarte Origin being stuck in the past while Ishtar Ashtart was able to look into the future.
