silver (pokemon)
A recurring character in the Pokemon series.
While he generally retains the same appearance and role (a boy with red eyes and red hair who often wears a black shirt, and being the son of the notorious Giovanni), he has several incarnations with different backstory.
In Pokemon GSC and HGSS, he is a rival of the player character. In Pokemon Adventures, he is an anti-hero protagonist in the GSC chapter and the HGSS chapter. Initially, he is a mysterious thief.
No definitive name is given for him in the core series. His default name is Silver in Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Crystal, Gold in Pokémon Silver, Soul in Pokémon HeartGold, and Heart in Pokémon SoulSilver. He is sometimes called Kamon by fans.
