Shin Akuma (known in Japan as Shin Gouki) is the super-powered form of Akuma, tapped into when Akuma is using the full extent of his power rather than merely holding back. When in "Shin" mode, Akuma's hair turns ghost-white, his eyes go red, he gains a purple aura when he uses his abilities, and he sports a terrifying grin.
