A fictional female character from the G.I. Joe toy line, comic books, cartoon and live action film series.
Scarlett is a red haired G.I. Joe female officer expert in infiltration, hand-to-hand combat, melee weapons and firearms. Her weapons of choice are shurikens, mini-crossbows and handguns.
She debuted as an action figure in 1982 and is considered the first G.I. Joe female action figure ever released.
Scarlett is portrayed by actress Rachel Nichols in the 2009 live-action film G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra .
