She has long black hair and heterochromatic blue and yellow eyes. Her default outfit consists of a long white dress with a studded see-through outer layer, white detached sleeves, a red cape, a gold belt with a dagger attached to it, an Italian flag ribbon on the cape, a mini crown, and other pieces of jewelry like bracelets.
Her rigging is similar to Roma from Kantai Collection, sporting two of her historic 381 mm triple mounts (one on each side) with additional 20 mm twin mounts atop the turrets, and two of her 152 mm triple mounts, all in rigs that display the Regia Marina's historic red-white bow marks and shields that display the Sardegna Empire emblem. She is also shown carrying a gold staff.

History
Historically, she never saw much action due to chronic fuel shortages by the time she was commissioned in June 1942. Roma was sunk by the Luftwaffe in her only combat stint as she, her sister ships Vittorio Veneto and Littorio, and other units in the Italian fleet that could sortie attempted to sail to Malta to surrender to the British in early September 1943.
