The 3rd costume of Phase Connect's Rinkou Ashelia.

It's a tenshi kaiwai/punk inspired costume, consisting of fake head wings, a white crop top with belts forming a criss-cross halter and mismatched detached sleeves (the left sleeve having black and white stripes and the right being blue), white bloomers with blue frills and a black belt, torn and mismatched leggings, white leg warmers with fake wings on the ankles and blue and white sneakers.

For her official hairstyle with this costume, she has her hair cut in a wolf cut with blue streaks, chest-length locks and bangs covering her left eye.
