A character from Warship Girls R, illustrated by Zhenming. She is based on USS Quincy (CA-39), a New Orleans class heavy cruiser.
She has blue long hair and red eyes. She's also usually depicted with 0v0 face due to being one of the expression of her chibi avatar. This face, and her air-headed personality was originated from her role in a disasterous defeat of the US Navy at the Battle of Savo Island.
