puckered anus

When the anus is tightly pulled together and pushed up/out in a way that exposes distinct wrinkles, folds, or "puckers". The main distinction of this tag versus the normal anus is the greater attention to detail in relation to the definition.

It is also informally known as a "doughnut" anus.
