pink ribbon waltz (infinity nikki)

A 4-star outfit that could be accquired from the "Ribbon Reverie" banner during the Shooting Star Season of Infinity Nikki. Wearing it while touching water turns some of Nikki's skin into scales. It is inspired by the Pink Ribbon Eel fish.
