Part 1 of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. It is set primarily in 1888 England.

Originally serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump in 1987 for 44 chapters and collected into 5 volumes, it was later adapted into a 2007 film, which is now considered lost due to the movie bombing in the box office as well as a controversy over Part 3, and the first nine episodes of the first season of the 2012 anime.

This story arc marked the first appearance of the stone mask and hamon.
