The protagonist of Steins;Gate and Steins;Gate 0.
Also known as Hououin Kyouma (鳳凰院 凶真) and Okarin (オカリン).

He has short black hair and yellow eyes.

In Steins;Gate, he wears a white shirt, brown pants, and a lab coat with a red pen in its breast pocket.

In Steins;Gate 0, he instead wears a collared black shirt, black pants and a black coat with the red pen still in the breast pocket.

Despite his goofiness, he's actually pretty intelligent and has an intuitive grasp of much of what they're doing.
