off-shoulder one-piece swimsuit

A shoulder-less, one-piece swimsuit designed with a wide low-cut neckline (much like regular off shoulder garments), leaving the shoulders and upper chest area bare. It is a swimsuit with sleeves that sit on the arms instead of the shoulders.

One of the variations for the Swimsuit Lancer of Meltryllis is an example of this.
