Noelle is a classmate and childhood friend of Kris. She lives with her mother, Carol, while her father, Rudy, is hospitalized with an unspecified illness. Her older sister, December Holiday, is implied to be either missing or deceased.
Revealed during the Spamton Sweepstakes, Noelle runs a blog under the username "holidaygirl1225," where she shares game secrets, glitches, and theories. Several posts on the official Deltarune website are presented as in-character entries from her blog, starting here. She also plays a central role in the Weird Route.
