Jewelry or other decorative adornments attached to the nipples, such as chains, ornaments, and gems. Often affixed to nipple piercings, but may be otherwise attached (with nipple sleeves, for example).

Unadorned nipple piercings should not use this tag, unless the piercing is notably decorative or complex.
