ning hai (azur lane)
The personification of the Chinese light cruiser Ning Hai in Azur Lane. Her name (甯海) means "peaceful sea".
Historically, she was patterned after Yuubari but reduced in size due to budget constraints. Unfortunately, she (and her sister Ping Hai) inherited the same seakeeping deficiencies as Yuubari and other treaty-skirting warships built by Japan in the interwar period, but the Chinese regarded these as acceptable tradeoffs since they had intended the Ning Hai-class for coastal and Yangtze river use.
