natsuiro matsuri (street casual)

The 8th costume of hololive's Natsuiro Matsuri.

Gaining a new semi-formal look, Matsuri now wears a black beret with animal ears on it, a white shirt, a brown plaid coat, with a teddy bear in a pocket, a brown plaid skirt and black shoes.
