A Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai character. Student of Sakuragaoka High School's Class 1-4 and one of Suzumi Hiyori's first friend.
Appearance and outfit
Chizuru has a long purple hair and red eyes. She used to wear blue-framed glasses.
- Like other characters, her school uniform consists of a blue blazer, white collared shirt, red necktie, and blue pleated skirt.
- Her alternate attire under pseudonym of Chuu-tan may consist of a maid outfit or jirai kei-styled one without her glasses.
