An Indonesian style of often spicy fried noodles that is common in Indonesia and has spread to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam. It is made by stir-frying thin yellow noodles in cooking oil with vegetables such as garlic, onions, scallions, fried shrimp, chicken, beef, bakso slices, chili peppers, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, tomatoes, and eggs.
