The LML Star is either a 2 stroke or 4 stroke clone of the Vespa P Series, produced by Lohia Machinery Limited in India. LML produced scooters and parts under contract for Piaggio in the 80s and 90s, and after their contract ended, licensed versions sold under the LML brand. Imported in the US by Genuine Scooter Company and sold under the Stella name, stella being Italian for star.
