Often depicted together with Texas due to their past relationship. She is the heir of the mafia family Saluzzo. She and Texas grew up together in Siracusa, where they engaged in typical mafioso activities, until the latter cut ties with all of it. Lappland's obsession originates from this event, as she could not understand how a girl so similar to her managed to leave the mafia behind while she could not. She wants to prove to Texas, and to herself, that Siracusa can never be left behind.

Her motif is based on the extinct Newfoundland wolf. Her callsign is named after the northernmost area in Sweden and Finland.
