kyouki sanmyaku ~jashin no itadaki~

An original scenario created for the Call of Cthulhu TRPG format by Madaraushi, titled Mountains of Madness: Summit of Deities in English. The setting is based on H.P. Lovecraft's story, At The Mountains of Madness, and concerns a climbing expedition up the tallest (fictional) mountain in the world. In addition to the players' own created characters, they are joined by three NPCs: Kevin Kingston (also known as K2), Hotaka Azusa, and Kosy Uszko.

In October 2021, a crowdfunding campaign was launched on Campfire in order to secure funding for an animated adaptation of the scenario. The project surpassed its goal by 1491%, confirming the production of Kyouki Sanmyaku: Naked Peak.
