Spin-off sequel Precure anime, one of the Precure 20th anniversary celebration projects, featuring the characters from Yes! Precure 5 and Futari wa Precure Splash Star and later Futari wa Precure Max Heart as adults. It's the first ever season to be made with the adult fans as the target audience, thus the first season to air in the evening instead of morning. It's also the first season to be a seasonal anime instead of an annual anime, having only 12 episodes.
