A recurring character in the Metal Gear series, usually providing support, advice, and intel.

His appearance varies depending on which game he's in, but he'll always be seen with blonde hair and sunglasses.

In Metal Gear 2 and Metal Gear Solid, he wears a tank top, black gloves, a ponytail, and either a whistle around his neck or dog tags. He's also commonly featured with a prosthetic arm, but it's unknown if he actually got a prosthetic in canon.

In Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, he wears a yellow ascot(?), a green shirt with its sleeves rolled up, a wristwatch, and boots.

In Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, he becomes a double amputee after being tortured. He wears a beret, a green collared shirt, a red_necktie, a coat, a cane, a vest, and a stubble.

Voiced by Banjo Ginga(MGS1) and Sugita Tomokazu (PW, MGSV) in Japanese, and by Cam Clarke(MGS1) and Robin Atkin Downes (PW, MGSV) in English.
