kawakaze (kancolle)
The personification of the Japanese destroyer Kawakaze in Kantai Collection. Character design by Kujou Ichiso, voiced by Ishigami Shizuka.
She has very long red hair tied into low twintails, and blue eyes. Her default outfit is a modified version of the class' black serafuku with detached sleeves, featuring a large white stripe on the front of the blouse, blue neckerchief, black pleated skirt, black thighhighs, and mary janes.
She has a fiery "delinquent girl" / sukeban personality.
