katsushika hokusai (third ascension) (fate)

Katsushika Hokusai in her Third Ascension form from Fate/Grand Order. Her eyes change from blue to red, and her skin becomes a pale grey color. Her hair is covered in bulbous, eldritch-like decorations, one of which is actually Toto-sama hiding upside-down on one of the red bulbs (this can be seen when you use her Quick card from a distance). She wears a black dress resembling octopus tentacles, and black sleeves that are connected directly to the dress. She doesn't have any legwear or footwear covering her legs. She swaps her weapon from a giant paintbrush to a series of smaller paintbrushes with different colors. Her personality also changes, likely because it is the original Hokusai himself taking over Oui's body.
