Prior to the fall of Shadaloo, JP served under M. Bison as the head financial manager and has mastered the use of Psycho Power at some point. After the fall of Shadaloo, JP created a terrorist and criminal organization named Amnesia and is involved in many investment projects in several countries, only to cause chaos in these countries as a front for his criminal activities. In the beginning of Street Fighter 6 story, he framed Ken for funding his own Amnesia group and forcing him to bear the responsibility of JP's own crimes that Ken did not commit.
