Ipo-chan is the gijinka of the Indonesian filtering service Internet Positif. She usually wears a blue shirt, a red skirt, headphones, and glasses to represent her position as a strict filter. She also wears an armband around her right arm, which has a plus sign, the symbol of Internet Positif.

Her red eyes also have the plus sign, as does her hairclip which holds her black haired side ponytail. The girl is portrayed as "authoritative yet bullyable".
