She is a dragon girl who has red eyes, small breasts, and blonde to light pink hair stylized in low twintails with hair over one eye. As well as dragon horns, green dragon wings, and a dragon tail. She wears a military uniform consisting of a black peaked military hat, black military jacket on shoulders with epaulettes, red bow, red ascot, white gloves, black stripe frilled puffy short shorts, and black footwear.
