Ingo, known as Nobori (ノボリ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Black and White.

This Subway Boss is the older of the twin brothers who run the Battle Subway in Unova. He usually specializes in Single Battles (official bio).
He also makes an appearance in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, having been sent back in time to Hisui like the protagonist and suffering from severe amnesia.

He has grey eyes and short grey hair with sidelocks (could be depicted as long sideburns in some drawings). He wears a black cap, a long-sleeve high collar black coat, a collared white shirt with a tie, gloves, a buckled belt, and black pants and shoes.
