The Inbit are an advanced insectoid biomechanical alien race that have invaded Earth and made it their new home. While most of them look like giant biomechanical crabs, some are human sized and others have even acquired a humanoid form to better adapt to Earth's conditions.
In real life they were designed by artist Kakinuma Hideki in the early 1980s.
