The fourth costume of VSPO!'s Hanabusa Lisa, as seen in Danbooru post #7074387.
A モード系 or contemporary fashion/trendy themed outfit with a touch of tactical fashion.
Atop her head, she has multiple pearl hair ornaments, and also what seems to be a black criss-cross hair ribbon. Her hair color is the same as her default 1st costume, now with black highlights and styled differently in two variations: either long braid or medium length which appears to be officially styled in half updo in her costume reveal stream.
She wears a puffy long-sleeved, grey floral-printed collared shrug with frills on the shoulder part, while for her sleeves she has cross-laced arm cutouts. Below the shrug, she wears a short grey sleeveless turtleneck sweater dress covering her torso down to her hips and upper thighs. She wears multiple black belts on her chest, styled like suspenders, and multiple other belts covering her corset and one loose belt over her hips. She also wears fingerless black gloves with a cutout around the back of the hand. Her nails are officially colored black for this costume.
Below, she wears fishnet pantyhose, a thigh handgun holster on her right leg, and a series of what looks like flower ornaments around her left leg. For shoes, she wears black cross-laced belt platform ankle boots.
