A special power-up form of the character Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece. Technically the awakening of his devil fruit. In this form, Luffy's hair and clothing turns white, his hair is now more "cloudy" in shape, and he gains a cloud ring around his head.
Hito Hito No Mi, Model: Nika is a mythical zoan devil fruit which is currently possessed by Monkey D. Luffy. It enables the user to use the powers of Sun God Nika and it gives the user a rubber-like body. It was intentionally mislabeled as the "Gomu Gomu no Mi" by the World Government in an attempt to hide its true nature.
Its powers are limited only by its user's imagination. It can make everything they touch become rubbery or very elastic. It can also produce any element like lighting, fire, or ice if the user wants to. It can also make the user bigger or smaller at will. Effectively the user can fight as if they have "cartoon physics" not dissimilar to the ones found in American slapstick cartoons.
