fuuma kotarou (fate)
An Assassin-class servant in Fate/Grand Order first appearing in the Tenma Otogizoushi Onigashima event. He has red hair that covers his eyes. He is the fifth leader of the Fuuma clan, and is known as Fuuma "Evil-wind" Kotarou in the English localization. Katou Danzou raised him as a foster son.
