A brown, fish-like Pokémon covered in dark, irregular spots. Has large, deep-set eyes and pink lips. It is often considered, along with the similar Magikarp as the weakest Pokémon in the entire game due to being able to use only a single move, Splash, which deals no damage.
Evolves into Milotic.
