The main antagonist of the Frontline-59 campaign DLC from Project Wingman.

A ruthless and a win-at-all-costs leader, she serves as one of the commanding officers of the Cascadian Independence Force's invasion of the Federation Core States territory of Magadan. Eventually, her true nature was revealed, in which she seeks to destroy the Pacific Federation as a means of salvation for Cascadia and the world, regardless of the cost. After going rogue with her followers, she met her demise under the hands of Driver and Division K-9.
