A Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Losers Quarterfinals match during the 2024 EVO between the Hugo main Hayao versus Ken main FrankieBFG.
The match is notable for various antics done by Hayao, such as stretching his body in various bizarre poses, and at one point even sitting on the floor with his legs split during the match.
The match is also notable for the final climatic sequence, when Hayao's Hugo was able to execute a full air parry against EX Tatsumaki, punish, then avoid Ken's wakeup Super with a standing Heavy Kick (which is widely considered the worst nornal move in the game) and proceed to deal the match-winning blow with a full-screen Running Lariat.
The entire match, or more specifically the final sequence, was quickly dubbed "EVO Moment #41" by the Street Fighter FGC in comparison to the EVO Moment #37 which occurred exactly 20 years ago. Coincidentally, Justin Wong who was on the receiving end of Moment #37 served as a commentator during the match.
