An NPC from Goddess of Victory: NIKKE and leader of the terrorist group Heavenly Ascension. Also goes by E.H. After Crow betrays her by blowing a hole in the Ark, which led to a Rapture invasion, she asks Ingrid to turn her into a Nikke so she can atone for her sins.
