demon pillar (fate)

魔神柱

The boss enemies in Fate/Grand Order, related to the seventy-two Demon Gods of Solomon. Appeared as a tower of flesh with eyes all over it.

Known in Japanese as 魔神柱 (まじんちゅう, Majin-chuu), where 柱 (chuu, "pillar") is a Japanese counter word for gods, deities and spirit tablets.

Best known for an incident described in Danbooru post #2576688, in which a much-hyped game event quickly ended after the Demon Pillars were quickly defeated due to over-farming by players.
